Sesame-flavored fried pork cutlet

Pound the pork flat and even with a tenderizer and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.

Mix the ingredients for the batter in a flat container such as a vat.

Mix the eggs, a pinch of salt (not in the list of ingredients) and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl.

Coat the pork from (1) with flour, dip it in the beaten eggs from (3), and then coat fully with the bread crumbs from (2).

(Make the cold tomato sauce.) Cut the tomatoes into cubes, mix with the other ingredients, and then chill.

Pour frying oil into a pan to a depth that will cover the pork, heat the oil and then deep-fry the pork from (4).

Drain the oil from the pork, place on a dish and cover in the cold sauce from (5).
Tips: Cheese with sesame seeds creates a fragrant flavor.
