Rainbow salad with honey ginger dressing

Directions

Combine all ingredients for honey ginger dressing and mix well.

Cut each red cabbede, carrot, red and yellow bell pepper into strips. Cut cherry tomatoes in half as desired. Boil edamame and remove from pods.

Pour the dressing from 1 over 2 and mix well to taste.
