Meuniere of swordfish flavored with lemon
Ingredients (for 4 persons)
-
Swordfish (fillet)
4 pieces (approx. 400g)
-
Salt, pepper and flour
Appropriate amounts
-
Kadoya roasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon
-
Red pepper
1 piece
-
Garlic
About 8 thin slices
-
Lemon juice
4 tablespoons
-
Sliced lemon
4 pieces
Directions
-
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fillet of swordfish and leave for a while. Paper dry the water on the surface and lightly coat the fillet with flour.
-
Put Pure Sesame Oil, a red pepper and thin slices of garlic in a pan to heat and take them out after the oil takes on the flavor of garlic and pungency of red pepper.
-
Put the swordfish from (1) in the pan, saute the both sides over a medium heat, and then place on a serving dish.
-
Add lemon juice to the oil left in the pan, warm over a low heat, and add as sauce to the meuniere of fillet. Serve the dish with salt.
Tips: Enhance the flavor of the sauteed fillet of swordfish (normally a little bland) by adding spiciness, sourness, and the good aroma of Pure Sesame Oil.
Serve the dish with some tasty salt.
