Korean sesame egg & rice (Gyeran Bap)
Ingredients (for 1 servings)

Egg
1 (60g)

Oil
1/2 tablespoon

Cooked white rice, warmed
1 bowl

Butter
1/2 tablespoon

Gochujang
1/2 teaspoon

Kadoya roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon

Soy sauce
1 teaspoon

Chopped spring onion to garnish

Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
Directions

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.

Add egg and cook until side is crispy but yolk runny.

While egg is cooking, add butter and gochujang on top of warm rice.

Place cooked egg over the butter.

Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over egg and rice.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onion.

Break up egg and mix rice, butter, and gochujang together. Enjoy.
