Salmon Poke bowl

Raw salmon for sashimi

Directions

Cut the salmon and avocado into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Add Pure Sesame Oil, soy sauce, mirin and lemon juice and mix well. Add the avocado and white sesame seeds and mix gently. Boil edamame in salted water and remove from pods.

Place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the baby leaves, and serve 1 on top. Garnish with edamame, shredded nori and green onion.
