Ingredients (for 1 persons)
  • Raw salmon for sashimi

    100g

  • Avocado

    1/2

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 teaspoon

  • Soy sauce

    1/2 tablespoon

  • Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) if available

    1/2 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice

    1 teaspoon

  • White sesame seeds

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Cooked rice

    200g

  • Edamame (green soybeans)

    50g

  • Baby leaves

    Appropriate amount

  • Shredded nori (seaweed) properly

  • Green onion or sprouts properly

Directions
  • Cut the salmon and avocado into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Add Pure Sesame Oil, soy sauce, mirin and lemon juice and mix well. Add the avocado and white sesame seeds and mix gently. Boil edamame in salted water and remove from pods.

  • Place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the baby leaves, and serve 1 on top. Garnish with edamame, shredded nori and green onion.
