Sliced pork belly

Frozen Udon noodles

Sake (Japanese rice wine)

【A】Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon

【A】Grated garlic

【A】Soy sauce
1 teaspoon

【A】Kadoya roasted sesame oil

Directions

Cut sliced pork belly into bite-size pieces with kitchen shears.

Put frozen Udon noodles and pork from (1) in a heatproof container, pour Sake over the top, lightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for 5 mins.

Drain off the water and return (2) to the heatproof container.

Add 【A】 into (3) and mix all together.

Place (4) in a bowl, and place egg yolk on it. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, shredded nori, and cracked black pepper. Enjoy.
