Ingredients (for 1 serving)
  • Sliced pork belly

    80g

  • Frozen Udon noodles

    1 serving

  • Sake (Japanese rice wine)

    1 teaspoon

  • 【A】Oyster sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • 【A】Grated garlic

    1 teaspoon

  • 【A】Soy sauce

    1 teaspoon

  • 【A】Sugar

    1/2 teaspoon

  • 【A】Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 tablespoon

  • Egg yolk

    1

  • Chopped green onion

    properly

  • Shredded nori (seaweed)

    properly

  • Cracked black pepper

    properly

Directions
  • Cut sliced pork belly into bite-size pieces with kitchen shears.

  • Put frozen Udon noodles and pork from (1) in a heatproof container, pour Sake over the top, lightly cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for 5 mins.

  • Drain off the water and return (2) to the heatproof container.

  • Add 【A】 into (3) and mix all together.

  • Place (4) in a bowl, and place egg yolk on it. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, shredded nori, and cracked black pepper. Enjoy.
