Korean style sweet and spicy mayo chicken

[A]Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)

Directions

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.

Heat the Kadoya roasted sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the chicken from step 1 until done.

Add the mixed sauce ingredients [A] to the chicken from step 2 and simmer until thickened.

Place lettuce on a plate, add the chicken from step 3, and top with chopped green onions, white roasted sesame seeds, and mayonnaise.
Tip: If you like spicy food, adding a bit of doubanjiang (fermented chili bean paste) will enhance the heat and flavor.
