German potatoes
Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Directions

Peel and thinly slice the potato (at 2mm). Dice the sausages and onion into 1cm pieces.

Arrange the sliced potatoes in a frying pan by slightly overlapping them around the outer edge, leaving the center open. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with Kadoya roasted sesame oil.

Turn on the heat and cover the frying pan with a lid. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, add the sausages to the open center, and stir-fry. Once the sausages are cooked through, add the onions from step 1 and continue to stir-fry. -
When the onions become translucent, place the shredded cheese on top of the potatoes, cover with the lid, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.

Drizzle with an additional 1/2 tablespoon of Kadoya roasted sesame oil (extra), and sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
