Apple cider vinegar
6 tablespoons

Wholegrain mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°c fan oven.

Mix the Provence herbs with the sesame oil.

Coat the drained feta cheese well with this mixture. Place in a baking dish.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends and cut into tagliatelle using a vegetable peeler.

Peel the carrots and cut into tagliatelle, also using a vegetable peeler.

Mix all sauce ingredients with a fork.

Place the zucchini and carrot tagliatelle in a salad bowl, drizzle with the sauce and mix well. Set aside in a refrigerator.

Remove the feta from the oven, place on a plate and chill until ready to serve.

To serve: divide the vegetables between 4 bowls and sprinkle with Provence herbs. Dice the feta and place on top of the salad.
