Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Chicken mid wings

    1kg

  • Orange marmalade

    4 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce

    2 tablespoons

  • Grated ginger

    1 teaspoon

  • Grated garlic

    1 teaspoon

  • Oyster sauce

    2 tablespoons

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    3 tablespoons

  • Chinese 5 spice powder

    1 teaspoon

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Chopped scallion and toasted sesame seeds to garnish

Directions
  • Place all the ingredients except for scallions and toasted sesame seeds into a large ziplock bag.

  • Marinate chicken for 1 hour to overnight.

  • Preheat oven to 200℃.

  • Lay chicken wings on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure it doesn’t touch each other.

  • Bake for 30 minutes.

  • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallion before serving.
