Bang bang chicken with Summer vegetables

Place chicken in a heatproof container, sprinkle with salt and sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and break into pieces by hand along the fibers.

Cut tomatoes into 1 cm wide half-moon slices, cucumbers into strips, and leeks into chunks.

In a bowl, make sauce by mixing [A] and leeks from (2).

On a plate, arrange the tomatoes and cucumbers from (2), and the chicken from (1) in this order, pour the sauce from (3), and garnish with radish sprout.
