Chicken Kimchi cheese hot pot

Chicken thigh meat

Chinese cabbage kimchi

[A] Granulated chicken broth

[B] Miso paste

Directions

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, cabbage into chunks.

Cut off the woody stem of mushrooms and break them into pieces.

Put [A] in a pot over medium heat, add [B] and dissolve. Add the chicken, cabbage, and mushrooms from (1) and simmer until cooked through, about 7 minutes.

Add Chinese cabbage kimchi, mix all together, top with pizza cheese, and cook until cheese melts.

Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
