Korean Namul-style chicken tenderloin and broccoli

Remove the heft from the small tomatoes and cut in half.

Remove the tendon from the chicken tenderloin, place in a heatproof container, and rub [A] all over the meat. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave (600W) for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Remove, turn over, cover with plastic wrap again, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain off the water and break into bite-size pieces.

Separate broccoli into small bunches, place in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for 2 minutes. Place on wet paper towels to drain well.

In a bowl, mix (2), (3), [B], soybeans (boiled), and small tomatoes from (1).
