Broccoli and thick fried tofu with egg mayonnaise
Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Thick deep-fried tofu
1 (100g)

Broccoli (can be frozen broccoli)

Kadoya roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon

[A] Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon

[A] Kadoya roasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon

[A] Salt
2 pinches

Egg

Mayonnaise
A dash

Black pepper
A pinch
Directions

Wrap deep-fried tofu in paper towels to remove water and oil and cut into 12 equal pieces.

Cut broccoli into small bunches. (If using frozen broccoli, defrost in microwave and drain.)

Put (1) deep-fried tofu and (2) broccoli in a heat-proof bowl and pour sesame oil over them. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave (600W) for 3 minutes.

Drain off the water from (3), place on a baking dish with the center left open, and sprinkle with [A]. Drop an egg into the center and stick a toothpick into the yolk in 4 or 5 places. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave (600W) for 1 minute. Heat in additional 20-second increments, keeping an eye on it, until the desired level of semi-crookedness is obtained.

Put mayonnaise on and sprinkle black pepper.
