If the tuna is block shaped, cut into bite-size pieces for ease of eating.

In a small container, mix 【A】 well and dress the tuna sashimi, allowing the flavors to blend for about 5 minutes.

Arrange the tuna and avocado cut into bite-size pieces in a well-balanced arrangement.
Top with an egg yolk, drizzle with Kadoya roasted sesame oil and sprinkle roasted white sesame seeds.
