Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Tuna (Sashimi grade)

    1 block (300g)

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 tabelspoon

  • Green onions

    Appropriate amount

  • 【A】Soy sauce

    1 tabelspoon

  • 【A】Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 teaspoon

Directions
  • Heat a frying pan well, spread Kadoya roasted sesame oil, and brown the tuna over high heat on both sides. *Heat only the surface of the tuna so that it is rare.

  • The tuna in (1) is done grilling, take it out and cut it into bite-size pieces.

  • Mix【A】in a bowl.

  • Place the cut green onions on a plate, place (2) on top, and pour the sauce from (3) over the top.
