Ethnic style garlic shrimp

Kadoya roasted sesame oil

Directions

Finely chop garlic and green onion.

Shell the shrimp, leaving one section from the tail.
Cut a slit on the dorsal side of the shrimp to open it, and remove the back wadding. -
Season the (2) shrimp with salt and black pepper.

Mix 【A】in a bowl.

Heat Kadoya roasted sesame oil in a frying pan, dip the (3) shrimp into (4), and deep-fry over medium heat, turning to brown all over. Remove the cooked shrimp and place in a serving dish.

Add 1 tablespoon of Kadoya roasted sesame oil (not included in the quantity) to the pan in (5), add the garlic and green onion from (1), and saute over medium heat. When the green onion begin to soften, turn off the heat, add fish sauce and lemon juice, and stir to combine.

Pour the sauce from (6) over the shrimp from (5) and sprinkle with coriander if desired.
【Point】
Deep-fry the back side of the shrimp well because the batter tend to accumulate on the open part of the back side.
