Spicy cold Beancurd knots

Dried beancurd knots

Chopped coriander leaves

Garlic cloves, grated

Sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons

Kadoya hot sesame oil
2 tablespoons

1/4 teaspoon
Directions

Soak dried beancurd knots in warm water until it is soft in the middle. About an hour. Or boil in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make sauce mixture and pour over drained tofu knots.

Add chopped coriander leaves, sliced chilli, and toss to coat.

Place in chiller to chill until ready to serve.

Serve chilled.
