Sesame beef Chimichurri style

Beef tenderloin
About 3 cm thick, 600g

Parsley

Dried oregano

Apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons

Kadoya hot sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Directions

Remove meat from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

Wash, remove leaves and chop basil and parsley.

Peel and mince garlic.

Mix olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic and herbs.

Sear meat over high heat for 1 minute on each side, then continue cooking for 1 minute on each side over medium heat. Remove from heat, season with salt and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the meat into thin strips and serve topped with the sauce, or with the sauce on the side to allow everyone to season to their own taste.
